Cumulus South Africa 2025 – Cancellation & Ticket Transfer Policy

1. Cancellations and Refunds

Due to administrative costs, Payment Gateway fees, and international exchange rate fluctuations, all refunds will be subject to a deduction of 60% of the original conference fee. Refunds will be processed as follows:

• Up to 90 calendar days before the conference: 40% of the ticket price will be refunded.
• Between 89 and 60 calendar days before the conference: 20% of the ticket price will be refunded.
• Less than 20 calendar days before the conference: No refund will be issued.

 

This policy applies to all ticket types and registration categories.

 

2. Ticket Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person at no additional cost.

• All transfer requests must be submitted in writing to the conference organisers at artsmarketing@uj.ac.za
• Transfer requests must include the full name, email address, and organisation of the new attendee.
• The deadline for ticket transfer requests is 7 working days before the conference.

 

3. Non-Attendance

Failure to attend the conference without prior written notice will result in the forfeiture of your ticket and all associated fees.

 

4. Agreement to Policy

By registering for the Cumulus South Africa 2025 Conference, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Ticket Transfer Policy.
